This is a very attractive variety of eggplant, these are pure white, flat and deeply ribbed, it looks like white heirloom tomato and the smooth creamy flesh is best eaten where its flavor is able to stand out. The flesh is mild and tasty. Not most productive, however if you are a brinjal fanatic and are looking for something that will stand out, this is the plant for you. This Plant can grow to a minimum height and widely spread.
