Description
Purple Bharta Brinjal is an elongated, thick, deep- purple variety known for its attractive shape and glossy skin. The fruits are long and fat with tender flesh, very few seeds and mild less bitter taste. This variety is ideal for traditional bharta, roasting, grilling, frying and curries. The plant is vigorous and high yielding, performing well under organic and open pollinated conditions.
